Indication: For prevention and treatment of infestation of tapeworms, round worms, whip worm, pin worms, thread worms and hook worms in the gastrointestinal and respiratory tract of game fowls.

Composition: each tablet contains:
Praziquantel 42 mg
Mebendazole 48 mg
Niclosamide 5 mg
Levamisole Hydrochloride 5 mg

Dosage and Administration:

Maintenance:
One table once a month orally

21 days Keep:
First deworming 21 days before the fight
Last Deworming 9 days before day of fight

Withdrawal Period:
Duration of 90 days

Notes:
Fasting game fowl in the afternoon and administer Hammer or Xtractor 4:00 am on the following day.
Feed 15 grams of Sagupaan Super feed Pellets, Winning Line, Pre-Con of velocity at 7:00 am
Regular Feeding of 25 to 35 grams in the afternoon and every feeding thereafter.
