Indication: Wormal ® Feed Premix Granules is intended for the removal of tapeworm (Raillietina cesticillus, Raillietina tetragona, Choanotaenia infundibulum, Davainea proglottina, Hymenolepis carioca, and Ameobotaenia cuneata), large roundworms (Ascaridia galli), and cecal worms (Hererakis gallinarum) from chickens.
Composition: each 5 gram contains
Phenothiazine 1,838.25 mg
Dibutyltin Dilaurate 478.00 mg
Piperazine 275.75 mg

Dosage And Administration:
For 30-90 days old chick (dry mix feeding): Mix 5 grams of Wormal Granules in ½ Kg of feeds. Good for 40-50 chick heads.

For 3-5 months old chick (dry mix feeding): Mix 10 grams of Wormal Granules in ½ Kg of feeds. Good for 25-35 chick heads.

Wet the feeds (wet mix feeding) using ample amount of water so that the Wormal Granules will adhere to the feeds. Mix thoroughly the mixture before feeding.

For best result:
Skip feeding the chicks in the morning. Feed them in the afternoon using feeds and Wormal Granules mixture.
