Phenoxymethylpenicillin Potassium + Sulfadiazine + Sulfamerazine + Sulfamethazine
Dosage Form: Tablet
Type: Maintenance

Indication: Treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease, Infectious Coryza, Swollen Head Syndrome, Fowl Cholera, Bumble Foot Infection and other bacterial disorders in game fowl and poultry caused by organisms susceptible to Penicillin and Sulfa. Also, for treatment of pyogenic complications of canine & feline distemper, meningitis tonsilitis, metritis, genitourinary infections, peritonitis and mastitis in small animals, dogs and cats.

Composition: each tablet contains
Phenoxymethylpenicillin Potassium 125,000 i.u.
Sulfadiazine 0.083 g
Sulfamerazine 0.083 g
Sulfamethazine 0.083 g

Dosage And Administration:

Game fowl & Other Poultry
Give 1 tablet twice daily, morning and afternoon to be given orally or as prescribed by a veterinarian.

Dogs & Cats
Give 1 tablet per 10kg body weight twice daily to be given orally or as prescribed by a veterinarian.

Storage: Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius.

Withdrawal Period: Observe antibiotic withdrawal period of 7 days before slaughter.
