Multivitamin Solution for Injection (ROI)

PRESENTATION:

A golden brown sterile aqueous solution for injection,
containing per ml:
Vitamin A 15,000 i.u.
Vitamin D3 25 micrograms
Vitamin E 20mg
Vitamin B1 10mg
Vitamin B2 Sodium Phosphate 5mg
Vitamin B6 3mg
Nicotinamide 35mg
Pantothenol 25mg
Vitamin B12 25 micrograms
Chlorocresol (preservative) 1mg

USES:

Multivitamin Solution for Injection is indicated in the
prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies in animals,
particularly during periods of illness, convalescence and
general unthriftiness.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

By intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Avoid the
introduction of contamination during use.
Cattle: 20 to 30ml
Calves, Sheep and Pigs: 5 to 10ml
Weaners and Lambs: 2 to 5ml
Piglets up to 9kg (20 lbs): 0.5 to 2ml
The injection may be repeated at intervals of 10 to 14 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Foodstuffs must not be taken for human consumption during
the treatment period.
Edible tissues: Cattle, Pigs, Sheep 28 days.
Milk: Zero days.

PHARMACEUTICAL PRE CAUTION:

Do not store above 25°C.
Once a vial has been broached the contents should be used
within 28 days.
Any unused product or waste material should be disposed of
in accordance with national requirements.
