INDICATION:

• • For bacterial infections, including upper and lower respiratory infections and alimentary tract infections.

  • For the treatment of the following diseases: coryza, fowl cholera, pullorum, E. coli septicemia, coccidiosis, and salmonellosis including  paratyphoid infections.

FORMULATION:

Each grams contains:

Sulfamethoxazole – 400 mg

Trimethoprim – 80 mg

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

PREVENTION:

Gamefowl: 1kg and below – mix 1/2 sachet (3 grams) in 8 liters drinking water (for approximately 85 heads; daily for 3 to 5 days.

TREATMENT:

Gamefowl: 1kg  and below – mix 1 sachet (6 grams) in 8 liters drinking water (for approximately 85 heads; daily for 5 to 7 days.

PREVENTION:

Gamefowl:  more than 1 kg – mix 1/2 sachet (3 grams) in 4 liters drinking water (for approximately 45 heads; daily for 3 to 5 days.

TREATMENT:

Gamefowl: more than 1 kg – mix 1 sachet (6 grams) in 4 liters drinking water (for approximately 45 heads; daily for 5 to 7 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment, may be slaughtered only after 5 days (poultry) from the last treatment.
