Shipments Local and International
Packages are generally dispatched immediately after confirming and receiving the payment and to be ship via LBC Express for local shipment or DHL Express for International shipment with tracking number and with drop-off receiver signature.
For International: If your address located in remote areas, an additional RAS (Remote Area Surcharge) cost will be applied, so please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping fees are included the packing cost, handling fees, transport charges as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
What is Tariff?
Tariffs are taxes imposed by one country on goods imported from another country. Tariffs are trade barriers that raise prices, reduce available quantities of goods and services for US businesses and consumers, and create an economic burden on foreign exporters.
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. eliminated the $800 de minimis exemption, so all imports are now subject to duties and taxes, regardless of their value. The Receiver will responsible for any applicable shipment related fees or import duties and taxes, or clearance fees - upon delivery of the package. This is not included when you exit on Check out Page.
Philippine exports to the US will be subject to a 19% reciprocal tariff, slightly lower than the previous 20%. The 19% tariff will be added on top of existing customs duties, potentially reducing the competitiveness of local goods and leading to lower export sales.
